ShipBob, Inc. is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to join their fulfillment center in Waddinxveen. In this role, you will ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
What you will do
- Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant ones
- Perform physical location checks and reconcile inventory variances within 24 hours
- Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead corrections
- Respond to merchant requests via ticketing system within 2 hours
- Present weekly performance reports during business reviews
What you bring
- 2+ years experience with ICQA processes in 3PL or warehousing
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts
Nice to have
- Experience using an RF Scanner
- Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors
