About the job
As an Allround CNC Machinist at SYNTEGON in Weert, you will operate and program CNC lathes and milling machines. You will work with technical drawings and CAD files to set up machines and ensure precision in production.

- Operating and programming CNC lathes and milling machines
- Setting up machines and tools based on technical drawings
- Monitoring machine operations and making real-time adjustments
- Performing precision measurements with measuring instruments
- Solving machine problems and performing maintenance
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD files
What you bring
- Experience with CNC lathes and milling machines in a production environment
- Skill in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of precision measurement techniques and tolerance standards
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Understanding of mechanical principles and material properties
- Experience with machine setup and maintenance
