Avery Dennison in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk is looking for an Operator (Screen Print Assistant) to support its screen printing production. In this role, you will handle ink preparation, machine setup, and quality checks while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for color and a detail-oriented mindset.

What you will do

Mix inks (water-based, plastisol, or solvent) based on Pantone codes or formulas
Check ink viscosity and quality before printing
Maintain ink stock and report reorder needs
Archive customer-specific ink formulas
Set up and prepare screen printing machinery
Inspect, degrease, and clean screen frames

What you bring

Experience in graphic production or screen printing preferred
Excellent eye for color and detail (no color blindness)
Ability to work strictly according to formulas and specifications
Good physical condition for standing, walking, lifting
Proficiency in English or Dutch for reading order sheets and safety instructions
