Avery Dennison in Almere is looking for an all-round Mechatronics Assembly Technician to build heat seal machines from the ground up. You will handle both mechanical and electronic assembly, testing, and calibration, with room to grow your skills in a hands-on environment. This role suits someone with a technical mindset who enjoys variety and precision work.
What you will do
- Assemble heat seal machines from scratch, integrating mechanical and electronic components
- Run diagnostic testing and calibrate finished devices
- Perform component-level work on PCBs, including soldering switches and displays, programming, and calibration
- Manufacture spare parts, such as fitting connectors to heating elements
- Handle light warehouse duties, including collecting products and preparing for logistics
What you bring
- Residing in the Netherlands, within commuting distance of Almere
- Strong mechanical insight and curiosity about how things work
- Hands-on experience with PCB soldering, especially delicate components
- Serious, accurate approach to work with attention to detail
- Autonomous and flexible, comfortable with variety including programming, assembly, and warehouse tasks
Nice to have
- Background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
