Delta Electronics is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its energy infrastructure solutions in Hoofddorp. You will drive the strategic roadmap for energy storage technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency.

Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in power conditioning or battery energy storage industry
- Proven record in business development and sales in converter/inverter or BESS sector
- Strong knowledge of BESS converter/inverter functionality and power systems
- Technical expertise in power electronics, system modeling, and performance optimization
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with financial modeling and business case development for energy projects
- Previous work for a converter/inverter manufacturer
- Fluency in other European languages
