MAT Research is looking for an Odoo Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of its ERP system. This part-time, fully remote role involves coordinating development tasks, managing quality assurance, and training users.

Manage end-to-end delivery pipeline for ERP system
Prioritize and coordinate development tasks
Capture and translate stakeholder needs into developer tasks
Plan and execute quality assurance cycles
Maintain documentation and deliver training sessions
Communicate project updates and report on system performance

Wat je meebrengt

3+ years managing ERP systems, ideally Odoo v16-18 on Odoo.sh
Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Helpdesk, Inventory, Purchase, and Manufacturing modules
Experience with Odoo Studio, reporting tools, and integrations
Skilled in defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and QA processes
Proficient with Asana or similar project management tools
Fluent in English
