MAT Research is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead immunology-focused product development and scientific innovation in Leiden. This onsite role involves overseeing the product pipeline, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while driving team performance.

Wat je meebrengt
- PhD or MSc in Immunology, Immuno-oncology, Immunotherapy, Cell Biology, or related discipline (PhD strongly preferred)
- At least 5 years of industry experience in immunology-focused R&D
- Hands-on experience in PBMC isolations, cellular assays, and analytical-based assays (ELISA, Flow Cytometry) per regulatory standards
- Strong track record in applied research
- Expert-level skills in data analysis software and quality management systems
- Experience working under quality standards such as GMP/GLP and ISO:9001
Mooi meegenomen
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment
