Syngenta Group is seeking an Agronomist to focus on Solanaceae crops in Active Greenhouse environments. Based in Maasland, you will develop crop-management protocols and provide technical guidance across Northwest Europe.

- Develop and adapt crop-management protocols for Active Greenhouse environments
- Provide technical and commercial guidance on greenhouse set-up and crop management
- Collaborate with growers, customers, and sales teams across EAME, focusing on Northwest Europe
- Translate grower feedback and market insights into variety recommendations
- Support customer visits, demonstrations, technical events, and presentations
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy or related field
- Experience in Active Greenhouse environment or greenhouse crop management
- Understanding of horticultural market and grower needs
- Knowledge of crop management, plant physiology, and greenhouse conditions
- Experience with climate-control systems, irrigation, hydroponics, or crop-management technologies
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical protocols
