Lely offers an internship focused on developing simulation environments and synthetic datasets for autonomous navigation of mobile robots. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to generate data that trains and benchmarks navigation algorithms.

Understand required datasets and sensor information for autonomous navigation
Set up and develop a simulation environment for Lely mobile robots
Generate synthetic datasets for training and benchmarking navigation algorithms
Collaborate with software, electronics, and hardware engineers
Test, validate, and document findings and recommendations

Wat je meebrengt

Education in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field
Strong interest in mobile robotics, software development, and mechatronics
Experience with simulation environments or willingness to learn
Knowledge of Python and/or C++
Experience with Linux
Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts

Internship allowance of €650 per month based on 40-hour work week
