Catawiki is looking for a Category Manager for Coins & Banknotes to drive growth in a specialized marketplace. You will lead a large international expert team and own the category's P&L.

- Lead, coach, and develop a large international expert team

- Build and maintain relationships with key sellers

- Experience managing larger teams and multiple direct reports
- Strong seller or supplier relationship management experience
- Senior leadership presence: calm, grounded, decisive
- Strong analytical skills and P&L responsibility
- Experience in dynamic, target-driven environments
