Catawiki is looking for a Category Manager for Coins & Banknotes to drive growth in a specialized marketplace. You will lead a large international expert team and own the category's P&L.

What you will do

Define and execute long-term growth strategy
Own P&L and steer revenue, margin, and performance
Translate complex data into commercial priorities
Lead, coach, and develop a large international expert team
Anticipate and respond to market trends and investment shifts
Build and maintain relationships with key sellers

What you bring

Proven experience in consumer goods markets
Experience managing larger teams and multiple direct reports
Strong seller or supplier relationship management experience
Senior leadership presence: calm, grounded, decisive
Strong analytical skills and P&L responsibility
Experience in dynamic, target-driven environments

Nice to have

Interest in coins, banknotes, history, or collecting
