DEPT® is looking for a Recruitment Lead to shape and execute talent strategy for its Digital Experience & Engineering services across EMEA. In this role, you will advise senior leadership, use data to drive hiring decisions, and proactively build pipelines for senior talent.

- Advise senior leadership on hiring expectations and strategies
- Use data to inform hiring decisions and unblock processes
- Drive innovation in sourcing channels, AI tools, and assessment methods
- Build proactive talent pipelines and market maps
- Headhunt passive senior talent directly
Wat je meebrengt
- Significant in-house recruitment experience in a digital or integrated agency
- Track record of hiring for UX/UI Design, Digital Strategist, Account Management, Technical Project Management
- Experience recruiting in multiple EMEA markets
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Proficient in Boolean, market mapping, and direct sourcing
- Data fluency and ability to build hiring stories with metrics
