WeAreKeen B.V. is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead strategic recruitment in Amsterdam. You will drive hiring plans and collaborate with managers to build effective teams.

Create and execute strategic recruitment plans
Work with hiring managers to understand needs
Manage each stage of the recruitment process
Optimize hiring policies with HR
Track and report on recruitment metrics
Advise on employer branding

At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
Expertise in data and market insights for hiring strategies
Proven success sourcing for various roles
Tech savvy with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
Excellent communication and listening skills
Joy in collaborating with teams and presenting data
