DEPT® is looking for a Recruitment Lead to shape and execute talent strategy for its Digital Experience & Engineering services across EMEA. In this role, you will advise senior leadership, use data to drive hiring decisions, and proactively build pipelines for senior talent.

What you will do

Develop and implement talent strategy for Digital Experience services across EMEA
Advise senior leadership on hiring expectations and strategies
Use data to inform hiring decisions and unblock processes
Drive innovation in sourcing channels, AI tools, and assessment methods
Build proactive talent pipelines and market maps
Headhunt passive senior talent directly

What you bring

Significant in-house recruitment experience in a digital or integrated agency
Track record of hiring for UX/UI Design, Digital Strategist, Account Management, Technical Project Management
Experience recruiting in multiple EMEA markets
Comfortable managing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
Proficient in Boolean, market mapping, and direct sourcing
Data fluency and ability to build hiring stories with metrics
