DoiT is looking for an Account Manager to join their team and drive growth in the EMEA market. In this remote role, you will manage customer relationships and identify new opportunities within cloud environments. You will work closely with vendor teams to support customer success.

- Understand business, platform, and client needs
- Maintain customer ownership and communicate with vendor teams
- Manage customer support escalations
- Negotiate and close long-term commitments
- Identify new workload opportunities in customer cloud environments
- Deliver quarterly reviews with customers
Wat je meebrengt
- 3+ years account management experience in EMEA market
- 2+ years experience at a technology company
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Strong verbal/written communication in English and Swedish
- Strong technical skills to engage with technical teams
- Great operational and analytical skills
