DoiT is looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join their team. In this remote role, you will define event taxonomy, build dashboards, and translate customer signals into actionable insights.

Wat ga je doen

Define and maintain event taxonomy and tracking standards with Engineering
Build and maintain self-service dashboards for product teams
Work within product analytics stack (Mixpanel, Segment, Looker) for accurate reporting
Build and maintain dbt models for core product entities
Deliver recurring product analytics reporting on adoption, engagement, retention
Translate product usage and customer signals into actionable insights

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years in product analytics or related roles
AI-first mentality with practical understanding of AI reshaping analytics workflows
Systems thinker with track record of building scalable systems
Builder mindset to create missing processes, systems, tools, data, or buy-in
Comfort operating in ambiguity and ability to prioritize and execute independently
Advanced SQL required

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with event-based analytics tools like Mixpanel, Looker, Segment, dbt
Exposure to public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with FinOps/cloud cost management
Experience with enterprise SaaS company concepts
