DoiT is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Revenue Management Azure team. In this role, you will own delivery and development, while actively writing code and driving architectural decisions. You will partner with a Technical Product Owner to shape the roadmap and manage tradeoffs.

Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development
Write and review code, drive architectural decisions
Run planning, prioritization, and delivery cadence
Partner with Technical Product Owner on roadmap and tradeoffs
Own hiring for the team, interview and make hiring decisions
Mentor other engineering managers and share operating model

Wat je meebrengt

10+ years of engineering experience including 4+ years in engineering management with active coding
Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products on Azure
Strong background in FinOps
API-first mindset
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams including full-stack and data engineers
Track record of transforming an engineering team with measurable improvements

Mooi meegenomen

Strong Golang knowledge or experience
Established AI-augmented workflow with opinions on AI tools
Hands-on experience with more than one cloud provider
Background in scaling teams, processes, or technical systems
