Bynder is seeking a Group Product Manager for Digital Asset Management to lead product strategy across multiple product lines. Based in Rotterdam, this hybrid role involves managing a team of product managers and collaborating closely with various departments.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers
Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
Engage with enterprise customers to surface needs and validate direction
Represent product externally with analysts, partners, and prospects

5+ years product management in DAM, CMS, or adjacent content operations platforms
Proven industry expertise in content operations and enterprise deployments
Experience building products with meaningful customer impact
2+ years managing product managers or product owners
Fluency in martech ecosystem and DXP integrations
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
