NextEnergy BV in Utrecht is looking for a CRM Intern to support their customer communication and marketing processes. You will gain hands-on experience with CRM, email flows, and customer segmentation.

Support CRM and email flows
Customer segmentation and modelling
Support survey and feedback processes
Campaign support
Improve operational marketing processes

Enrolled in relevant HBO or university programme
Interest in CRM, email marketing and customer retention
Structured work style and enjoys processes and data
Clear communication in Dutch and English
Available at least 3 days per week at Utrecht office

Experience with HubSpot or Excel
