CRM Intern

About the job

NextEnergy BV in Utrecht is looking for a CRM Intern to support their customer communication and marketing processes. You will gain hands-on experience with CRM, email flows, and customer segmentation.

What you will do

• Create and send customer communications
• Support CRM and email flows
• Customer segmentation and modelling
• Support survey and feedback processes
• Campaign support
• Improve operational marketing processes

What you bring

• Enrolled in relevant HBO or university programme
• Interest in CRM, email marketing and customer retention
• Structured work style and enjoys processes and data
• Clear communication in Dutch and English
• Available at least 3 days per week at Utrecht office

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or Excel
