Valtech is looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team in Utrecht. In this role, you will define and own end-to-end solution designs that align with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on CRM strategy and platform evolution.

- Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on CRM strategy and platform evolution
- Lead design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and roadmap definition
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures
- Support pre-sales and proposal development
Wat je meebrengt
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments
- Strong functional and solution design expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills bridging business and technical teams
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with B2B Commerce and/or Revenue Cloud
- Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven service or automation use cases
- Exposure to Data Cloud or customer data platforms
- Experience in multi-system landscapes and integration-heavy environments
- Fluent in Dutch
