InPost is looking for a Tech Support Engineer to join their team in Vianen. You will provide hands-on IT support for workstations, peripherals, and office equipment. This hybrid role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, and user training.
Wat ga je doen
- Diagnose faults on workstations, peripherals, and office equipment
- Install and configure Windows/macOS systems
- Maintain printers, video conferencing, and digital displays
- Coordinate with Hardware Asset Management for repairs
- Prepare workstations and access for new employees
- Train users on essential tools and IT best practices
Wat je meebrengt
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Solid knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills
