Avery Dennison is looking for an Operations Team Member to join their team in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk. In this role, you will handle a variety of production and maintenance tasks to support smooth operations. This is an onsite position with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Wat ga je doen

Perform screen and digital printing, inspecting, converting, weeding, plotting, and packing
Cut HTL sheets using a motion cutter, assist with incoming goods inspections and quality control
Support ink mixing or screen exposing, assist shipping department
Perform regular maintenance and minor technical repairs on building, grounds, equipment, installations
Report all maintenance activities to ensure operational safety and reliability

Wat je meebrengt

Fluency in Dutch and/or English
Demonstrated technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with PMS and RAL color systems
Ability to work cleanly, carefully, maintain overview, stay stress-resistant
Strong team spirit and sense of humor
