About the job
Avery Dennison is looking for an Operations Team Member to join their team in Zoeterwoude-Rijndijk. In this role, you will handle a variety of production and maintenance tasks to support smooth operations. This is an onsite position with a focus on quality and teamwork.
What you will do
- Perform screen and digital printing, inspecting, converting, weeding, plotting, and packing
- Cut HTL sheets using a motion cutter, assist with incoming goods inspections and quality control
- Support ink mixing or screen exposing, assist shipping department
- Perform regular maintenance and minor technical repairs on building, grounds, equipment, installations
- Report all maintenance activities to ensure operational safety and reliability
What you bring
- Fluency in Dutch and/or English
- Demonstrated technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with PMS and RAL color systems
- Ability to work cleanly, carefully, maintain overview, stay stress-resistant
- Strong team spirit and sense of humor
