Robin Radar, a Great Place to Work certified company in Den Haag, is looking for a hands-on leader to guide a small team in electronics assembly. In this role, you will support your colleagues with technical tasks while coordinating daily operations and coaching team members.

Wat ga je doen

Support team with soldering, assembling, testing, and calibrating electronic parts
Assign daily tasks and set goals for a team of 4
Organize work schedules, approve timesheets, and manage leave requests
Coach team members and provide practical support during bottlenecks
Ensure quality and safety standards, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements

Wat je meebrengt

MBO4 or equivalent work experience in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related high-tech field
3+ years experience in high-tech manufacturing, assembly, or engineering
Experience leading or coaching a technical sub-team of 2 to 8 people
Strong hands-on experience with electronics and assembly
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate colleagues
Fluent English, both spoken and written

Familiarity with HiBob and Odoo for scheduling and hours tracking
