Leaseweb is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Bare Metal domain. You will define the strategic direction for the physical infrastructure portfolio and guide a team of Product Managers.

What you will do

Define and execute domain strategy for physical infrastructure portfolio
Lead team of Product Managers
Drive pricing, packaging, positioning, and product-led growth
Optimize infrastructure costs and hardware ROI
Build relationships with hardware and data center partners
Champion seamless customer experience across infrastructure lifecycle

What you bring

10+ years in Product Management with infrastructure exposure
Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers
Track record of driving product growth and measurable results
Technical affinity with physical infrastructure
Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder influence
Analytical mindset comfortable with ambiguity

Nice to have

Master's degree in relevant field
