- 7+ years of technical experience as a hands-on software or ML engineer
- 5+ years in manager-of-managers roles overseeing multiple teams
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
- Deep understanding of ML lifecycles
- Proven leadership in high-growth fintech or SaaS
- Familiarity with fraud detection, risk management, or identity verification
