Get E is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and coach their engineering, DevOps, and data teams in Hoofddorp. You will build a high-velocity software development culture and act as the point of contact for external IT suppliers.

- Experience in a scale-up or startup environment
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Comfortable with conflict and confrontation
