What you bring

  • 7+ years of technical experience as a hands-on software or ML engineer
  • 5+ years in manager-of-managers roles overseeing multiple teams
  • Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
  • Deep understanding of ML lifecycles
  • Proven leadership in high-growth fintech or SaaS
  • Familiarity with fraud detection, risk management, or identity verification
