Fastned is looking for a People Operations Lead to oversee the employee lifecycle across its EU markets. You will ensure HR processes are consistent and scalable while driving continuous improvement in HR operations.

- Optimize HRIS (HiBob) for data integrity and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations
- Partner with Payroll Lead for compliance and quality
- Lead and develop a team of specialists
Wat je meebrengt
- At least 8 years in People Operations
- At least 4 years managing a team
- Experience scaling multi-country HR and payroll
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on experience with HiBob or similar HRIS

- Speaks Dutch
- Experience with Lattice
