Fastned is looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead proposal development for public tenders. You will analyze requirements, define strategies, and coordinate teams to deliver winning bids. This role is based in Amsterdam.

Analyze tender requirements and understand customer needs
Develop proposal strategy aligned with business goals
Write, edit, and manage proposal content
Coordinate cross-functional teams for proposal delivery
Ensure compliance with tender instructions and evaluation criteria
Submit bids on time and track outcomes

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years of experience in bids and proposals management
Experience with public procurement procedures
Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, Civil Engineering or related field
Advanced professional proficiency in English
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to balance multiple projects under deadlines

Mooi meegenomen

APMP Fellow certification
French, Dutch or German language skills
Experience in infrastructure, energy, e-mobility, real estate or concession sectors
