Fastned is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Amsterdam. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them via phone, email, WhatsApp, and the app.

- Answer customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and app
- Identify customer needs and help navigate features and services
- Update internal databases with feedback on technical issues and feature requests
- Collaborate with different teams on projects

- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Available at least 24 hours per week, including weekends
- First customer service experience
- Enjoys interacting with people over phone and in writing
- Follows processes and proactively shares improvement ideas
- Results-driven and stress resistant
