This global role leads operational excellence performance at Kraft Heinz, driving manufacturing KPIs and continuous improvement. Based in Amsterdam, you will shape performance frameworks and reporting for a major food company.

Lead AOP and 3YP processes for manufacturing KPIs
Set short- and long-term targets with benchmarks and models
Define and align KPI definitions across the business
Develop dashboards and reporting for a single source of truth
Create new metrics to improve insight into losses and costs
Lead the Champion program for Yield, Productivity, and OEE

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or operations management
Strong experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement
Strong understanding of KPI definition and performance management
Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights
Experience building governance and routines for performance consistency
Ability to lead cross-functional alignment on measures and targets
