EVERIENCE is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the loyalty strategy and execution. This role focuses on developing a multi-year vision, driving commercial opportunities, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.

- Develop and execute multi-year vision and roadmap
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and loyalty propositions
- Connect senior management, Marketing, Commercial, Digital and IT around a shared ambition
- Develop business cases and advise on investments and strategic priorities
- Drive KPIs such as churn, customer engagement, customer value and programme adoption
- Build support and commitment among senior stakeholders and management
Wat je meebrengt
- Minimum 8 years experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement or customer value management, preferably B2C
- Demonstrable experience building, scaling or transforming a loyalty programme or comparable customer proposition
- Strong commercial and marketing background
- Proven programme management experience in a complex organisation
- Several years experience managing senior management and executive-level stakeholders
- Strong experience with business cases, roadmap development and strategic decision-making
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Experience in energy, retail, telecom or financial services
