EVERIENCE is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second level IT support at their Amsterdam location. In this role, you will handle both on-site and remote support for employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

- Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure
- Assist with software upgrades, patches, and system updates
- Oversee purchase process for IT equipment and services
- Manage relationships with local IT vendors
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise applications
- Experience in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Excellent communication skills in English AND Dutch
