Wetravel is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the infrastructure vulnerability management program and drive security automation. You will work closely with a managed detection partner to build a strong detection foundation.

Own infrastructure vulnerability management
Prioritize infrastructure remediation using contextual risk signals
Automate infrastructure-security workflows
Build detection foundation with security logging and managed detection partner
Lead infrastructure and cloud security posture management
Coordinate security incident response

Wat je meebrengt

8+ years in security engineering with depth in security operations
Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
Expertise with security logging and SIEM-class tooling
Hands-on experience running infrastructure vulnerability management at scale
Experience with SOC 2 and/or PCI DSS technical controls

Mooi meegenomen

Experience securing payments or regulated fintech systems
Detection engineering, threat modeling, or DFIR experience
Exposure to EU regulatory obligations and ISO27001
Experience in a product company scaling from mid-market to enterprise customers
