Wetravel is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead technical customer engagements and grow a small team in Amsterdam. You will drive pre- and post-sale technical evaluations, design integrations, and build team processes.

Lead technical customer engagements end to end
Design and build integrations between WeTravel and third-party systems
Lead and develop a small team of Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers
Handle pre- and post-sale technical evaluation and solution design
Build team processes, playbooks, and onboarding resources
Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, Onboarding, and Engineering

Wat je meebrengt

10-15 years in solutions engineering, technical account management, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role
Comfortable reading API documentation, troubleshooting integrations, and designing data flows
At least 5 years managing, mentoring, or leading a technical or customer-facing team
Experience leading technical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiar with integration tools like Zapier
Strong project and programme management skills
