Riverty is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their consumer team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will shape user experiences by gathering insights and creating end-to-end design solutions. You will collaborate with Product and Tech partners to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.

- Gather and analyze information to produce and motivate designs
- Produce end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Validate design effectiveness against objectives
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to improve UX
- Contribute to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product and Tech

- Proficient in user research and translating needs into design solutions
- Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability

- Experience mentoring junior designers
- Experience partnering across complex product ecosystems
- Experience with financial services or fintech products
- Familiarity with product frameworks and development technologies
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or B2B2C products
- Familiarity with accessibility standards like WCAG
