Riverty is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their consumer team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will shape user experiences by gathering insights and creating end-to-end design solutions. You will collaborate with Product and Tech partners to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.

What you will do

Gather and analyze information to produce and motivate designs
Produce end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Validate design effectiveness against objectives
Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to improve UX
Contribute to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product and Tech

What you bring

Proficient in user research and translating needs into design solutions
Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes
Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability

Nice to have

Experience mentoring junior designers
Experience partnering across complex product ecosystems
Experience with financial services or fintech products
Familiarity with product frameworks and development technologies
Experience with B2B, B2C, or B2B2C products
Familiarity with accessibility standards like WCAG
