About the job
Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a cook to join their team in Almere. You will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner while maintaining high hygiene standards. This part-time position offers the chance to work independently in a hotel kitchen.
What you will do
- Prepare and maintain breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes
- Prepare group lunch and dinner
- Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Daily ordering of supplies with different suppliers
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth kitchen operation
