The Entourage Group is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their IZAKAYA team in Amsterdam. This role involves preparing dessert ingredients, ensuring fresh mise-en-place, and cooking dishes to recipe and quantity standards. You will also have opportunities to deputize for the pastry sous chef and study for future advancement.

What you will do

  • Prepare dessert ingredients for team members
  • Ensure mise-en-place is fresh and timely
  • Cook dishes to correct recipe and quantity
  • Deputize for Pastry sous chef when absent
  • Communicate anticipated shortages to sous or head chef
  • Study subjects for future advancement
