Sinclair is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in Almere. In this hybrid role, you will provide first-line IT support and help maintain the company's technology infrastructure.
What you will do
- Provide first-line IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Log and update tickets, escalate issues as needed
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications
- Set up and check meeting room AV and video conferencing equipment
- Maintain IT asset register and manage hardware lifecycle
- Prepare equipment for new joiners and recover from leavers
What you bring
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field
- 1–2 years of IT support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic PC hardware and network troubleshooting
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Able to lift and move standard IT equipment
Nice to have
- Exposure to a ticketing or asset management system
- Active Directory basics
- CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation
