Sinclair is looking for a Global Import/Export Expert to manage customs logistics and compliance for their global supply chain. Based in Almere, this hybrid role ensures adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customs logistics and compliance for global supply chain
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and industry-specific rules
- Perform HS code classification, origin determination, and customs valuation
- Prepare and validate customs and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Oversee 3PL warehouse and forwarder performance, negotiate agreements
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or related field
- 5-8 years experience in import/export operations and customs compliance
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetic industry
- Knowledge of GDP, CE, FDA, and international health regulations
- Expert in global customs regulations, tariff classification, export controls
- Fluent in English
