Planning & Inventory Manager

Sinclair is looking for a Planning & Inventory Manager to oversee production planning and inventory management in Almere. In this role, you will collaborate with materials planners, use historical data and demand forecasts to develop production plans, and work with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient inventory replenishment.
What you will do

- Work with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments for inventory replenishment
- Plan and schedule purchase orders to maintain stock levels
- Analyze inventory and production metrics and generate reports
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain management
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team
- Proven experience in optimizing production planning and inventory accuracy
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
Nice to have
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
- 10+ years of experience in production planning or inventory management in injectable products or pharmaceuticals
- Previous experience in injectable product manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of ISO 13485
