About the job
Lucid Motors is seeking an Accounting Lead to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will oversee key accounting functions including month-end close, financial analysis, and statutory reporting. You'll work onsite to ensure accuracy and compliance across financial operations.
What you will do
- Perform month-end close activities
- Analyze financial data and investigate variances
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
- Analyze cash transactions for GL accounts
- Prepare statutory financial statements and filings
What you bring
- 5-7 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP in Europe
- Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- Public company and automotive industry experience
- Other languages
