Lucid Motors is seeking a Field Support Technician to provide technical support and upkeep of marketing and sales vehicles while traveling with teams. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles as a traveling technician, supporting new market launches and studio/service center openings.

What you will do

Provide technical support and upkeep of marketing and sales vehicles while traveling with teams
Prepare and repair Lucid Marketing and Sales vehicles
Diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles as a travelling technician
Support new market launches and Studio/service center openings
Support a fast-paced growing business with expertise
Interact directly with customers and support Marketing and Sales events as a technician

What you bring

Certified automotive technician
Ability to creatively solve problems and think quickly in customer-facing environments
Attention to detail and passion for creating positive customer experiences
Flexible work availability and ability to travel up to 100% at times
Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and vendors

Nice to have

Master Technician Certificate
HV Certification and EV experience
Car detailing experience
Experience supporting Marketing & Sales events
Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
