Lucid Motors is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll for multiple European countries from its Amsterdam office. In this role, you will gather, validate, and maintain payroll data, review reports, and ensure compliance with local legislation.
What you will do
- Support end-to-end payroll for multiple European countries
- Gather, validate, maintain, and upload payroll data
- Review payroll reports, reconcile results, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Support compliance with local payroll legislation and audits
- Liaise with external payroll providers and internal teams
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of European payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll legislation in one or more European countries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or time and attendance systems
- Additional European language skills
- Experience in a multinational environment
