About the job
LLEVERAGE in Amsterdam is looking for an AI Engineer to build intelligent agents and enhance its Lleverage Copilot. You will work on cutting-edge AI systems, from fine-tuning generative models to developing RAG-based knowledge retrieval.
What you will do
- Build intelligent agents and enhance Lleverage Copilot
- Implement evaluation frameworks for AI model performance
- Design fine-tuning strategies for generative AI models
- Develop backend APIs and frontend interfaces with Next.js/TypeScript
- Develop and optimize RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems
- Implement monitoring and alerting for AI models in production
What you bring
- Deep experience with generative AI models, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Proven experience building AI agents with function calling and tool use
- Proven experience implementing evaluation frameworks for LLMs
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Good proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving AI environment
Nice to have
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js
- Previous experience at early-stage startups or as a founding engineer
- Background in SaaS or low-code platforms
- Contributions to open source projects
