LLEVERAGE is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join their Amsterdam team. You will work directly with customers to understand their processes and build AI solutions on the LLEVERAGE platform. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities.
What you will do
- Understand customer processes and priorities
- Support technical presales with demos and feasibility assessments
- Build AI workflows and agents on LLEVERAGE platform
- Solve integration challenges with customer systems including on-premise ERPs
- Evaluate and improve deployed solutions
- Bring customer insights to product and engineering teams
What you bring
- Customer empathy and curiosity
- Applied AI experience with LLM-powered workflows or agents
- Practical engineering skills with APIs, authentication, data transformations, and coding in TypeScript or Python
- Resourcefulness and ownership
Nice to have
- Experience in technical presales or customer-facing engineering
- Experience integrating ERP systems or on-premise software
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
