About the job
Join Marktlink Transaction Services as an Analyst in Amsterdam, where you will play a key role in financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will work closely with clients and senior team members, gaining hands-on experience across the entire deal life cycle.
What you will do
- Conduct financial due diligence investigations
- Assist clients throughout the financial due diligence process
- Provide sales support to the team
- Contribute to projects and report to Partner or Manager
- Develop commercial skills alongside financial and analytical capabilities
What you bring
- Completed Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Relevant internship experience in Transaction Advisory Services
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starting and proactive approach
